Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you purchase online or remotely, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

If the product(s) has not been installed and remains unused, you may return it for a refund. The item(s) must be returned in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Installation Services & Loss of Cancellation Rights

When booking installation within the 14-day cooling-off period, you expressly request that we begin the service during this period.

Once the product has been installed:

• The goods are considered used and integrated into your vehicle
• The installation service has been fully performed
• Your right to cancel is lost

After installation is completed, refunds will not be provided unless the product is faulty.

  1. Administration & Payment Processing Fee (Before Installation Only)

If you cancel your order before installation and request a refund, an administration and payment processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction charges incurred at the time of purchase.

The admin fee is calculated at 4.99% + £0.35 of the total transaction value.

For a payment of £871.75, the admin fee is:

4.99% of £871.75 = £43.50
Plus £0.35 fixed fee
Total admin fee = £43.85

Therefore, any refund issued before installation will be:

£871.75 minus £43.85
Refund amount: £827.90

This fee reflects non-refundable payment processing costs charged to us by our payment provider.

  1. Installation Appointment Cancellation Policy

Installation appointments require allocated technician time and vehicle scheduling.

If you cancel or reschedule your installation appointment:

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment – no additional charge applies.
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment – a £50 late cancellation fee will apply.

This £50 fee covers lost technician time and scheduling costs and is non-refundable.

If you cancel the entire order within 24 hours of the installation appointment and request a refund (before installation has taken place), both:

• The administration & processing fee (4.99% plus £0.35), and
• The £50 late cancellation fee

will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Faulty Goods

If the product(s) is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Fault claims must be reported promptly.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

Unnecessary chargebacks may result in additional administrative action.
