StarLine M66v2: Tracker, Immobiliser and Mini-Alarm in One

If you’ve been going back and forth over whether to get a tracker, an immobiliser, or an alarm fitted, the StarLine M66v2 is worth knowing about, because it’s genuinely all three in one system.

I get asked this a lot: “do I really need all of them, or is one enough?” And honestly, it depends on the car and how you use it. But the M66v2 is a nice way to stop having to choose. It immobilises the vehicle so it can’t be driven away, it tracks it if it does get moved, and it’s got a mini-alarm built in to alert you to tampering, all from one unit rather than three separate boxes bolted in around your car.

“Is it noticeable when I’m driving?” No, it sits in the background doing its job. You won’t know it’s there day to day, it’s just working quietly until you actually need it.

“Can I get notified if something happens?” That’s part of the point of having the alarm and tracking built in together, rather than treating them as separate afterthoughts.
